The Busch All Cash Academy, is a direct result of Dr. Busch’s success in a cash practice of this own. From the time he had his first spinal decompression table delivered in 1997, he has been consulting doctors from around the country to successful implement this treament into their offices. Dr. Busch has always been concerned with successful treatment outcomes, but he has also been dedicated to not being a slave to the insurance industry. As a result of the years he spent consulting other doctors he realized there was a real need for an actual program that many doctors could easlily implement in their offices and change not only the lives of their patients, but also their own.

In 2005 the Busch All Cash Academy office procedures and scripting necessary to dream began with the collation of all of the run a successful clinic in this manner. Since then the Busch All Cash Academy team has helped train many doctors successfully in the implementation of the DRS protocol which is the centerpiece of the program.

Ultimately, the Busch All Cash Academy program was developed to provide total practice freedom by teaching a custom tailored process and proven successful principles to transform the existing insurance based practice into a free and enthusiastic practice with patient centered care. The Busch All Cash Academy was originally developed around a spinal decompression and chiropractic model, it is now being utilized equally well in medical and dental practices. These principals and methods can easily been integrated into practices that still want to interface with the insurance community.
